If you are still having problem,
1) Backup the %appdata%\PTS folder by copying it to another place
2) Remove all the subfolders and files in the %appdata%\PTS folder, except the wallets subfolder.
3) Start the new PTS wallet.
with this i can log in but not running so make a export wallet .json
uninstall pts walllet and reinstall
import wallet from first screen asking for password and sync ok, now running normal.
