Title: help-wallet reindexing database 0%

Ive got a blue screen error while pts wallet is updating transactions, in win 7

since then always start with popup asking to reset database, i click ok, but keep in 0% progress i have it open for hours but not advance.

what to do?

Are you using the latest wallet version? Check that it is v2.0.1.

If you are still having problem,

1) Backup  the %appdata%\PTS folder by copying it to another place

2) Remove all the subfolders and files in the %appdata%\PTS folder, except the wallets subfolder.

3) Start the new PTS wallet.

yes im using last wallet, thanks, now database reindex so quiclky, but when ask for password not log in, stopped in unlock screen  :o

Cant enter to wallet, i write pass click login and nothing happen.

before pts wallet take about 1 min to enter inside wallet, but now i left about 1 hour but keep stuck in login screen.  ::)

Could you list down the steps how you install the wallet?

When you installed and configured the wallet, were you using other language beside English?

If you are still having problem,

3) Start the new PTS wallet.

with this i can log in but not running so make a export wallet .json

uninstall pts walllet and reinstall
import wallet from first screen asking for password and sync ok, now running normal.
