How do you withdraw PTS from BTER.COM

I have this problem also.  Can't withdraw to an unregistered account - withdrawing to account key doesn't work.

Do you still need help to register your account?  If you do, I can send you some fund to register.  I think the registration fee plus transaction fee is 125 PTS.  I appreciate it if you return the fund to me later.

500 PTS maximum per withdrawal request (with 25 PTS fee, that's another 5% fee minimum)
20000 PTS daily withdrawal limit

I noticed  they have changed this to 0% + 25 PTS fee and 20k max per request. Daily limit is still at 20k, though, but definitely an improvement.
